With the support of the Abdulmonem Al-Rashed Humanitarian Foundation , and within the Al-Rashed Summer program , the Kayan Mawhiba Association continued to implement the activities of the second week of the Kayan Mawhiba Children’s Summer Program 2026 , held in the Apex City at King Faisal University , with the participation of children aged 7-10 years .

The second week witnessed the implementation of 6 quality programs that varied between enrichment, skills and sports programs, including: Story and Voice, Little Reader, Idea Maker, Field Heroes, Talent Games and Swimming , in an experience that combines learning, application and fun.

By the end of the second week, the total number of meetings implemented since the program’s launch reached 12 out of 18 planned meetings during the program’s duration, achieving 100% of the operational plan for the second week , with the average daily attendance remaining at around 45 children .

The week's programs focused on developing a number of skills in children, most notably reading, expression and communication, creative thinking and idea generation, self-confidence, teamwork and cooperation , in addition to promoting physical activity and positive interaction among participants.

This diversity is part of the Kayan Mawhiba Summer Program methodology, which focuses on providing practical experiences that help children discover their abilities and interests, and engage in new experiences in a stimulating and safe environment , thus contributing to building their expertise and developing their personalities. During the third week, the Kayan Mawhiba Association continues implementing the final phase of the program, a three-week journey aimed at providing a high-quality summer experience that combines talent discovery, skills development, and making a positive impact.

The association expressed its appreciation for the support provided by the Abdulmonem Al-Rashed Humanitarian Foundation to the program within the Al-Rashed Summer initiative , emphasizing that this support contributed to enhancing the quality of the experience offered to children and expanding their opportunities to participate in specialized programs. A new week of discovery and experience... in which we get closer to our children's talents and give them a space to experiment and create.
