100 talented young men and women participate in the meeting “Between Difference and Belonging: How Do I Deal with Others?” in Al-Ahsa
The Kayan Mawhiba Association held a special meeting entitled: “Between Difference and Belonging: How Do I Deal with Others?” as part of the “Balanced Mawhiba” meetings series, with the participation of 100 talented men and women, as part of its efforts to promote self-awareness and develop the psychological and social aspects of talented individuals.
The meeting was presented by Ms. Iman Bint Yousef Al-Jughaiman, an expert in the field of talent and a member of the association’s board of directors, who addressed the concept of difference and its impact on building personal identity, and the importance of achieving a balance between individuality and a sense of belonging, in an interactive style that contributed to enhancing dialogue and self-expression among the participants.
This meeting comes as part of the association’s programs aimed at supporting talented individuals in Al-Ahsa, enabling them to understand themselves, enhance their self-confidence, and build positive relationships that contribute to achieving a sustainable impact in society.
